by understanding how food might be effecting your current health concerns. I will use different tools like a diet journal, home analysis for fatigue, mineral deficiencies, stool test, acid/alkaline test etc.  You will receive a personalized meal plan, recipes, suggestions on how to incorporate ingredients that are specifically focused on your health concerns.

Heal Faster:

Best suited for those who want to support a specific condition like postpartum care or a surgery. I will help you incorporate different nutrient dense foods into your diet like bone broths, fermented foods, alkalizing greens and clean proteins for a faster recovery. You will receive a personalized meal plan, recipes, suggestions on how to incorporate ingredients that are specifically advantageous to your health concerns.

Kitchen clean up:

Great start to any season! We will go through your pantry and eliminate/replace any foods that do more harm than good.  I will do an in-person consult in your kitchen where we will review items that need to be replaced and substituted with healthier choices! And pack it with some nutrient dense foods that will immediately help you feel better.
